USS Angeles to explore USS Iowa

Our starship is exploring a battleship.
The Los Angeles “Star Trek” club will gather at noon June 25 to go on the USS Iowa, a battleship/floating museum, 250 S. Harbor Blvd., San Pedro 90731, thanks to a suggestion from Founder Janice Willcocks.
The ship is at Berth 87 at the Los Angeles World Cruise Port Terminal at the L.A. Waterfront / Port of Los Angeles. Parking is accessible from First Street and Harbor Boulevard. The first hour is free. Each additional hour is $2 with a maximum of $16 per day.
The USS Iowa’s website is www.pacificbattleship.com. Prices are $17.95 at the website and $19.95 at the ship for ages 12-61 and $14.95 online and $16.95 at the site for those 62 and older and active, retired or reserve military with ID. Admission is $9.95 online and $11.95 on the ship for youths ages 6-11. Youths 5 and younger are admitted free.
